1. Organizational change

Change in the area of secretarial services

Goals

• To speed up the decision-making process by expanding the scope of the General Affairs Dept.
• To enhance corporate governance and business efficiency by integrating secretarial services for executive officers.

Details of the organizational change

• All functions of the Office of Secretariat have been transferred to and integrated in the General Affairs Dept. In line with this change, the Office of Secretariat has been eliminated.
